Getting Your Order to You (and Your Cat)

Here's everything you need to know about how and when your VeraPurr order will arrive.

Shipping Scope We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Processing We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Cost: $4.99 or free over $35

Most orders arrive within 8–13 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped. Estimates are not guarantees — carrier delays do happen, especially during holidays.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you promptly and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $35. The qualifying amount is calculated after any discounts and before taxes.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. You can also log into your VeraPurr account to view order status.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it:

  1. Check around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, neighbors)
  2. Wait 24 hours — packages occasionally get marked delivered early
  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  4. Still missing? Email us at support@VeraPurr.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@VeraPurr.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date (or actual delivery, for damages). Include your order number and, for damages, photos of the package and item.

While VeraPurr cannot guarantee outcomes for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us at support@VeraPurr.com as soon as possible — we can usually update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.

Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses can be reshipped at the customer's expense or refunded minus original shipping costs.

Holidays and Peak Seasons During holiday seasons (especially November–December), processing and shipping times may be longer due to high order volume and carrier delays. We recommend ordering early — your cat will thank you.
