Our Guarantee

We stand behind VeraPurr. If your cat doesn't love it, or if you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you to find a fair resolution.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@verapurr.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout, and we'll review your request promptly.

Approved refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, though timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable except where required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at support@verapurr.com within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined in cases of suspected abuse of the guarantee (e.g., repeated refund requests, resale, or misuse). The guarantee is limited to the original purchaser, to items bought directly from VeraPurr, and to one refund per household or shipping address. VeraPurr reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline refund requests that fall outside of normal consumer use.

Product Use

VeraPurr products are intended for use by healthy cats under owner supervision. Discontinue use if your pet shows signs of distress and consult a veterinarian. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeraPurr's liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product.
